If you lost your PIN number, log back to your account and click on Order History to see it, or call us back and we will be happy to give it to you again.
Once the PIN number was delivered to the customer, the sale is final. The PIN cannot be returned. If you have a problem with the connection or with the charges, then please call the customer service number listed on the card info page.
